A lot of time and effort goes into creating these items and we would appreciate it if these are not distributed within Moove or elsewhere, please direct your friends here to buy our products, thank you.
If you intend to use any of our actor/studio items to create new actors (for sale or free) then permission must be sought from us BEFORE you offer your actor/s to others. Please state the nature of your request (ie custom actor, personal, sale, free etc), however we reserve the right to refuse any request. Furniture used in the decorating of rooms is not copyrighted to 3 DivaZ DesignZ unless specified, and the c$ cost to purchase a room is in most cases for the composition and time taken to build the room. Wherever possible credits will be given if we use another designer's studio/furniture/graphics etc, however if you see something that you created & we haven't credited you please contact PoppyDoll so we can correct the oversight. The Sig Tags (coming soon) are designed to be distributed so please feel free to post in guestbooks, on the boards etc.. or elsewhere as you see fit. You may link directly or uplaod to your own site to link.
The background images used in creating the nickpage templates are freely available on the internet & I do not own or claim any copyright to them, however I have made all the buttons & have copyright to the design concept & the tutorial accompanying each purchased set.
